• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain company social media presence.
• Develop, implement and manage social media strategies to increase online presence and improve sales & marketing efforts.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Manage and communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries promptly.
• Provide recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
• Image content creation including editing of images, flyers and posters etc.
• Oversee and manage all other digital marketing projects
