You’ll report to the Head of Ops. We are a diverse international team with experience ranging from strategy consultants, to tech companies, to financial services.

• Monitor the key business KPIs

• Build action plans based on the business KPIs

• Manage the implementation of projects across Southeast Asia to improve the operations of the company

• Streamline and standardize Operations processes and policies

• Prepare timely reports and present results to top management
