Job Description

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Required skill(s): Myob Accounting System (Preferably), Word Perfect, MS Excel, MS Office.
  • Able to commence work immediately 
  • Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full-Time position

Job Scope

  • Matching of invoice supporting documents
  • Data entries for AR & AP invoices
  • Cheque preparations to suppliers & staffs reimbursement (Payment vouchers)
  • Filling of accounts documents 
  • Administrate and manage all office adminstration work
  • Ad-hoc duties assgined by supervisors
