Job Description

Tiger Brewery Tour 

  • To provide tiger brewery tour guests with a unique, fun, informative, and entertaining experience
  • Relay key brewery tour/brand messages to guests and visitors

Brand Ambassador

  • As ambassadors of the company/brand, TA’s are expected to demonstrate professionalism in all services provided that leaves a positive lasting impression to all visitors (internal/external) of the brewery, in tiger tavern, tiger studio, and on brewery tours

F&B, Retail

  • To man and maintain areas such as tavern and retail

Events

  • To man and maintain event space as required (retail/f&b)

All other assigned ad-hoc duties

  • To perform any other assigned duties by Supervisor/Manager as and when necessary (table arrangements, cleaning, packing of stocks, stock take, etc..)
