1. Assist lab analyst in routine work (analytical and microbiological) including sampling, sample preparation and reporting results.
2. Assist in arranging sensory activities.
3. Assist lab analyst in troubleshooting process deviations through highlighting, analyzing trends and data.
4. Maintains and updates Laboratory Instructions.
5. Involve in Lab star improvement project.
6. Involve in Brewing process improvement project.
