Job Description

Due to our growth in projects in Asia, we are seeking Project Assistants on internship basis to join us to support our consulting teams. The successful candidate can look forward to a growth focused environment with a collaborative team. 

Position: Project Assistant 

This role will work with Project teams in Singapore to support our consultants for both local and overseas project assignments. 

The role will learn and be exposed to: 

• Real world knowledge of working with local and overseas consultants 

• Hands on strategizing and planning for real time projects 

• Participation in group meetings for ideation and project co-ordination 

• Network – meet variety of professional people, providing opportunity for profound networking 

• Mentoring – certain individuals can help guide you through your internship and expose you to opportunities to which you can aspire 

• Appreciation of diversity and managing cultural differences in the region 

Schedule: 

• 20 hours per week around intern’s schedule during the academic year and are dependent on individual projects assigned 

• This is a project based role with training and properly guidance at commencement. Selected candidates are required to be present for intensive assimilation at the start, and where appropriate later, remote work will be arranged with familiarity on the tasks and team work. 

• Those who can prove their abilities to deliver will be offered a continuation of project based work past the internship. 


• Perform analytical reviews and conduct research on a variety of clients across multiple industries 

• Correspond with external parties related to projects 

• Assist in brainstorming and ideation, make recommendations for improvements 

• Participate in some client meetings 

• Networking in professional events 

Job Requirements: 

• Good communication skills in written and presentations 

• Excellent command of English, with having a proficiency in a second language will be advantageous 

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with a general understanding of data analysis techniques 

• Previous internships or work experience would be advantageous 

• Enjoy interacting with people from different levels and cultures 

• Self-initiating
