A little about ASHLEY LOW PHOTOGRAPHY PTE. LTD.

We are a award winning boutique family photography studio that specialises in newborn and baby photography. This studio is founded by Ashley Low since 2011. Our studio is always frequented by little cuties and their families, and studio is filled with toys, colours and props. The staff works seriously but we are as fun loving as our little customers. Everyone's work overlaps onto each other and we strive continuously to work well as a team/family.

Job Description

The overall objective of this role is to provide help and assistant to all the staff internally and to our customers, and assist in all the administrative work.

For the customers:

To understand how we operate and conduct the photoshoots (training will be provided), and provide great help to our customers to prepare them for the photoshoots by:

- Responding to customer enquiries on our packages via emails/texts, etc.

- Organise and schedule photography appointments

- Perform sales administration work such as sending invoices, etc.

- Preparing customers for the photoshoots through phone or emails

- Managing the studio's tidyness and neatness to present a good front.

- Ensuring pantry and stationery is well stocked for good studio experience.


For us internally:

To ensure we are well communicated with the requests made by customers by:

- Working closely with the Photographer on sales matters

- Discuss and communicate with Photographer on customers' special requests (if any)

- Updating to editing department on what packages customers have purchased

- In addition to other sales and financial administration reports and updates.


Requirements for the role:

- Organised, and neat

- Detailed and thorough in work

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to provide good customer service

- Great team player as well as able to work independently.

- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
