Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle documentation and filing tasks
- Assist in the completion of daily administrative tasks
- Translate documents, emails, and campus newspapers between Chinese and English.
- Assist in online student applications, including collecting student documents and information, filling out online applications, and monitoring application status.
Requirements:
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
