ASE Education Group – Admin & HR Intern

ASE Education Group, headquartered in Singapore with branches in Melbourne, Australia, and China, is an educational training institution that combines online and offline teaching. It owns several brands, including ASE Learning, ASE Academy, ASE Overseas, and Vision Chinese Academy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update HR records and employee files, ensuring data confidentiality.
• Provide general administrative assistance, including document management and filing.
• Support basic IT setup for new hires, such as account creation.
• Assist with other HR or administrative duties as assigned by management to support overall departmental objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of fundamental IT tasks, such as account setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle information professionally.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative to solve problems.
• Able to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
