We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Locum to join our team on a part-time or temporary basis. This role is ideal for students currently pursuing studies in Nursing or other healthcare-related fields, especially those looking to gain hands-on experience in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
· Provide frontline customer service
· Scheduling appointment and patient registration
· Booking of referral appointments
· Handling phone calls and inquiries
. Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
· Comfortable working in a clinical and O&G environment
· Previous experience in a healthcare organization is a plus.
· Tech-savvy and familiar with Plato clinic management system
· Possesses a positive work attitude and a willingness to learn.
· Immediate starters or short notice are preferred.
