Responsibilities:
· Provide frontline customer service.
· Scheduling of appointment and patient registration.
· Booking of referral appointments.
· Handling phone calls and inquiries.
· Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection.
· Maintaining inventory levels.
. Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
· Previous experience in a healthcare organization is a plus.
· Proficient in medical insurance processing.
· Tech-savvy.
· Team player with the ability to work independently.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Capable of planning and multitasking effectively.
· Possesses a positive work attitude and a willingness to learn.
· Availability to start on short notice is preferred.
