Job Description


  • Brainstorm and execute lead generation strategies through various channels including LinkedIn, Facebook and cold calls/emails etc. Attend high level networking events as an ASCEND Air ambassador
  • Convert leads to members - understand members’ travel needs and recommend suitable membership plans
  • Organise and attend corporate sales meetings
  • Pursue and develop strategic partnerships with other relevant brands to strengthen ASCEND Air’s offerings and brand


  • Degree in Business preferred
  • Prior experience in sales/business development
  • Outgoing personality with a natural flair for customer service
  • Good oral and written communication skills 
  • Strong team player with ambition to succeed 
  • Knowledge of private jet charter is a plus 
  • Passionate about entrepreneurship, startups and aviation industry
