Job Description
What you will do:
Planning & Control:
- Working closely with commercial team to collate sales forecast, forecast figures are shared with European team via monthly meeting for stock replenishment to Asia trading plant
- Updating weekly report for supply and demand.
- Participation in monthly S&OP with various stakeholders.
Inventory Management:
- Stock replenishment to Asia warehouses
- Tracking of shipments.
- Ensure monthly inventory are aligning to business strategy
- Monitoring non-performing stocks.
KPI:
- Prepare monthly report and disseminate to key stakeholders
- Perform analysis on areas that are underperforming and liaise with key personnel for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business Analytic / Operation / Maritime Business
- Year of Study: Year 2-4
- Fluent English & Mandarin (Oral/written).
- Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
- Competency in MS office especially excel.
- Commit to a 5-6 months full-time internship
