Arkema S.A. is a specialty chemicals and advanced materials company headquartered in Colombes, near Paris, France. Created in 2004, when French oil major Total restructured its chemicals business, Arkema was introduced at the Paris stock exchange in May 2006. Arkema confirms it is on track to begin production of Amino 11 and its flagship Rilsan® polyamide 11 high performance polymer at the new plant on Jurong Island, Singapore . This plant, for which production will be 100%-derived from renewable castor beans, represents a 50% increase in Arkema’s global polyamide 11 capacity.
The Technical Assistant (Intern) participates in the preparation work for the maintenance department of the future plant.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Material master data for SAP Spring
- Collect and ensure the completion of vendor spare parts lists from engineering & procurement team
- Fill in Material Master Data in Excel based on the received spare parts lists, as per SAP required format
- EDMS support (Electronic Documents Management System)
- Carry out tests to transfer technical documents from one database to Sharepoint, with the support from oversea team
- Based on tests results, identify the best method/procedure for future final migration
- Organize reviews with discipline engineers for documents classification
Education: University intern, ideally in engineering (mechanical, instrument, chemical, or equivalent).Skills:Good at IT tools (Excel, Word...)
Good communication skill in multicultural environment
