Shipment Execution
•Road / Sea / Air
•Liaise with customer service/freight forwarder/warehouses on out-going deliveries & incoming shipments to designated warehouses.
•Ensure proper documentation and all order management processes are in accordance with various import and export regulatory requirement
•Preparing and reviewing letter of credit in accordance to UCP600.
Inventory Management:
•Reconciliation of inventory on a monthly basis
Others:
•Liaise with designated vendor for decanting activities
•Support the Production, Customer Service and Logistics team in all aspect of supply chain
•Update rates matrix and equipment movement table
•Verification of logistics invoices
•Work closely with service providers bearing in mind regulatory compliance
Requirements:
•Minimum Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain
•Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
•Competency in MS office especially excel.
