Job Description
Support live events, corporate shows, brand activations, and media production projects
Gain hands-on exposure to event operations, show execution, and media production workflows
Work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with real production responsibilities
Assist in content creation for social media and internal documentation
Develop professional communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills under pressure
Key Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, on-site operations, and teardown
Support media production tasks, including content preparation, filming assistance, and basic editing support where applicable
Create simple social media content during downtime
Assist with uploads, documentation, and general operational tasks
Maintain basic tidiness of workspaces and production equipment
Requirements
Comfortable interacting with clients, crew, and vendors
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms
Able to work independently with clear instructions
Able to perform under pressure and adapt quickly to changes
Organised, proactive, and willing to learn
Reliable and accountable; punctuality and communication are essential
Comfortable with hands-on work and extended hours during event periods
Work Expectations
This is not a slow-paced role; fast turnarounds and long days may occur during events
Suitable for individuals seeking real production experience in live environments
Internship Details
Allowance: Approximately SGD 800/month (estimated SGD 12–15/hour, depending on hours worked)
Work schedule:
5.5-day work week
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Additional hours during event periods may be required
Off days or rest time will be compensated when longer hours are worked
Duration: 3–6 months
Work location: In person (office, venues, and event sites)
