Project Execution Support:

• Acoustic Signal data analysis and inspection report preparation
• Signal analysis using reference signal, without reference signal and with relevant signal filters
• Presenting the signal data and report to Team lead for verification & approval
• Support inspecting team remotely or at site, as needed, to ensure all procedures are diligently followed as well as remote trouble shooting
• Ensuring all Acoustic Inspection equipment hardware, software, calibration are in operational condition with latest licenses installed
• Performance testing of project specific adaptors & probe extensions on Acoustic equipment on as needed basis
• Updating of project specific database on central server

Technical Support:

• Determination of system set-up, advanced parameters, and sizing scaling parameters for specific inspections
• Determining software version to be used for a particular site environment
• Determining type of adaptors and attachments to be used for inspecting a particular equipment
• Setup of inspecting procedures and steps for Acoustic inspection and in-house & client personnel training
• Feedback, interaction, coordination with other analysis and operations team members for in-house & third-party R&D projects.
• Maintain technical and internal test results database
• Technical documentation upkeep and management

Other Administrative Support:

• Purchase Requisition, logistics, tagging and housekeeping of Acoustic equipment as needed
• Any other general administrative support as required

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Professional or tertiary qualifications (Diploma/Degree) in a relevant engineering discipline
• Prior work experience in data acquisition, analysis, interpretation and diagnosis is an advantage
• Knowledge in digital signal processing and electronic sensors preferred
• Preferred with 2 years’ experience working in relevant industrial projects and services
• Able to take initiative and work independently
• Have a positive work attitude with good interpersonal, communication, cross-cultural, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, and willing to travel overseas at short notice
