Aranium Pte Ltd has been in the jewellery industry for several years in Singapore and has multiple retail stores located in Singapore. We value team work and provide training to all our staff ensuring that all of our staff has the adequate knowledge about our products.

Retail Sales Associate needed at Jewellery Showroom

• Responsible for retail sales & achieving sales target
• Deliver sales service in a professional and prompt manner.
• Work as a team in the delivery of service excellence and building brand loyalty.
• Create an enjoyable shopping experience for our valued customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confidently explaining and presenting product knowledge to customers.
• Customer service oriented.
• Assisting with customers’ request and enquiries.
• Ensure consistency of product presentation, outlook and display
• Follow up on customers’ orders.
• Inventory management and stock take.

Requirements:

- Min 2 years retail experience. Training will be provided.

- Good interpersonal skills, honest, diligent and a team player

- Good command of English.

- Confident and motivated.

- Professionally groomed and able to communicate with people of all levels

- Must be able to work retail hours.
