Responsibility:

• Perform research in various areas of law (corporate/commercial, competition, employment, regulatory, etc.);
• Following up on emails and drafting correspondence to clients.
• Translation between English and Chinese for legal documents.
• Drafting and updating on NDAs, commercial agreements, partnership agreements in business planning.

Job Requirements:

• Law Student/Graduate
• Proficient in English and excellent grammar skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin – legal-commercial standard.
• Attention to detail
• Proactive and exercises initiative
• Extremely accurate with strong attention to detail;
