Primary Job Purpose:

• Design, development and implementation of assembly processes, equipment, jigs and fixture for manufacturing of new products.
• Provide technical support to production to meet quality, responsiveness & cost objectives.
• Develop procedure/system to establish or enhance the technical knowledge.
• Projects planning.
• Support new process start-up and CR/CN.
• Provide new and/or improve manufacturing processes/technology.
• -Provide production equipment and tools.
• -Plan, improves and control Cost / Quality Objectives.
• -Provide qualification support for new set up of manufacturing processes/equipment, fixture/tool.
• -Document the knowledge, system etc. generated.

Job Requirements:     

• Degree in Engineering.
• With SMT or other manufacturing process experiences such as Wirebond (Gold and/or Aluminum) and Die  Attach, soldering (wave and/or reflow).
• Jig and Fixture/tooling design.
• Good Analytical and Problem Solving skills.
