We partner with DBS Bank to launch DBS FasTrack. The program empowers F&B operators to provide convenience of Ordering-Pay-Fulfilment all through the customer's’ own mobile phone without disrupting its existing operations. The F&B operators benefits through increased revenue and productivity.
This is a Software Customer Support Engineer position within a strong, technical and high profile team. You are
willing to take on the responsibility for deploying packaged solution and managing service level agreements by ensuring that all services are delivered according to contractual commitments.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct onsite commissioning and handover of packaged solution and hardware to customer
• Conduct customer training to customer
• Provide 2nd level helpdesk support to customer
Requirements:
• ITE / Dip. in Computing / IT studies or equivalent
• Experience : 0-2 years / Interns
• Personal integrity / intellectual honesty / high self esteem
• Good people skills and ability to mentor and develop technical staff
• Goal oriented, and able to implement the vision of company
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills (patience and determination to find and solve problems)
• Self disciplined, self motivated, with a strong sense of urgency
• Team player, independent yet self supportive and very thorough worker
• Developed communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail
• Fluent in English. Conversant in Mandarin or local dialect is a plus
