Digital Marketing Intern (Digital Agency) - $500 / Month.
Hello there. Do you embrace digital technology? Are you interested in pursuing a career in digital marketing? If so, this is your opportunity to learn first-hand about Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Web Administration, Email Marketing and Documentations in a digital agency. You don’t need a lot of experience, but scroll down and see what we’re really looking for. If you’re up for a fast-paced agency life, join us as an Digital Marketing Operations Intern and complete real client work!
This is what you’ll do:
i. SEO Operations
- Assist with creation of SEO proposals and competitive landscape analysis.
- Handling day-to-day operations which involves copywriting, on-site/off-site optimization, tracking, monitoring & reporting of campaign.
ii. Web Administration
- Taking ownership of responsibilities on CMS platform (WordPress) for client's accounts and to perform tasks such as the installation of plugins, assignment of users, building/editing contact forms, troubleshooting errors on the CMS-interface level.
iii. Email Marketing Operations
- Managing email platform for client's accounts which involves content coordination, gathering and population for EDM accounts, scheduling of EDM blasts and sending out reports after each EDM blasts.
iv. Project Operations
- Handle documentation in relation to SOP, guides, templates & case studies across various sections within the company
- May correspond directly with clients pertaining to projects under your care.
What we’re really looking for:
- Ability to copywrite while performing detailed documentation for SEO.
- Meticulous with the ability to follow through processes.
- Strong thirst for knowledge and independent learning past initial training.
- Ability to think on your feet, to troubleshoot and provide workarounds for issues that arise.

- Our working hours are from 9am - 6pm on weekdays, our office is located at Lavender (next to MRT station).
