As a Digital Marketing Associate, you’ll work on a variety of agency functions, which may include a combination of:
Ad Operations: Day-to-day ad management, optimization, and troubleshooting for Facebook & Google Ads. Also includes keyword research, budget allocation, KPI projection, and reporting.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Keyword proposal generation, copywriting, on-site/off-site optimization, and reporting.
Web Administration: Content management, plugin installation, assignment of users, building/editing contact forms, and troubleshooting errors on the Content Management Software level.
Social Media Marketing: Content planning, copywriting, community management, and reporting. Design skills are not required as you’ll be working with our content creators.
Email Marketing: Content coordination and population for eDMs, scheduling of eDM blasts, and reporting.
Client Liaison & Project Management Support:
Liaise with and maintain a healthy relationship with clients, providing critical analysis and insights on their projects as well as any other form of sales support.
Coordinate deliverables with the client and team, to ensure project moves forward in a smooth and efficient manner.
And what we’re looking for is a candidate who is:
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and troubleshoot problems as they arise
Ability to perform in a remote environment
Excellent oral and written communication in English
Proactive and takes the initiative to pursue self-directed learning
Genuinely interested to build a solid understanding of digital marketing (even if it’s technical)
Strong organization skills and an eye for detail

This is a full-time position, and our working hours are 9 am - 6 pm on weekdays, at our office in CT Hub 2 (nearest MRT stations: Bendemeer & Lavender). You’ll get your own MacBook, and candidates who successfully pass their probation will have the option to work off-site in Singapore while still keeping to timelines and attending team meetings.
