As a Social Media Manager (Intern) at Apex Private Wealth Management, you will play a crucial role in managing our social media presence to achieve our marketing goals. You will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content, interacting with our audience, and maintaining our brand image on various social media platforms. This position is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in the financial services industry, especially in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on current social media trends and audience preferences within the financial services sector.
- Assist in designing and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals.
- Work closely with the team to set specific objectives and report on the return on investment (ROI) of social media activities.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including original text, images, videos, and news related to financial planning, wealth management, and related topics.
- Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and coordinated efforts.
- Engage with our followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Oversee the design of social media accounts, including Facebook timeline covers, profile pictures, and blog layout.
- Suggest and implement new features, promotions, and competitions to enhance brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications, and adapt them to our social media strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience or relevant coursework related to social media management.
- Hands-on experience in content management and an understanding of the financial services industry in Singapore.
- Excellent copywriting skills to create compelling and informative content.
- Ability to deliver creative content in various formats, including text, images, and videos.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics to optimize social media efforts.
- Familiarity with web design principles for a cohesive online presence.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with our audience effectively.
- Analytical and multitasking skills to manage various social media platforms.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
