Anywhr exists to give travellers well-matched, positive experiences. We help travellers remove the hassle of trip planning, and to take the world on better journeys. And we'd like your help.
Anywhr's team functions in a collaborative manner with a flat hierarchy, where every team player is an owner and a major driving force. We are obsessed with our Travellrs (not a typo!), and run Design Sprints to identify problems or gaps in their Anywhr experience. Team players involved in these Sprints are from various functions, from Customer Support, Marketing, to Engineering, and from Co Founders to Interns. Collectively, the team decides on an issue to solve as a top priority, discussing, iterating and coming up with solutions together as a team. We are focused on building great products that our Travellrs will love.
Team players who succeed at Anywhr are those who love to grow their craft, and who care about the work that they do. We want people who are in it for the late nights, hard work, fast paced growth, and solving difficult problems together as a team. People who thrive in rigid, 9-5 work environments and completing fixed tasks often do not enjoy the experience here. We are looking for fellow team players to make an impact on travellers for many lifetimes, and we need your help.
A Trips Intern works alongside the Trip Curating team, also known as “the blood” of the company, which manages the core operations at Anywhr. Here is where every trip gets built: from research to brainstorming, planning, booking and logistics of the entire trip. The team is mainly divided into 3 core functions, and depending on your strength, preference and length of internship, you'll get to experience some or all three functions:
Research & Ops
This function is in-charge of curating the personalised Travelogue or Travel Itinerary for each trip, with reference to our destination database. You will work closely together with the Trip Curators to ensure the logistics of a customer's trip is in order so that Travellers go on a smoothsailing trip. You will also be responsible to develop innovative and resourceful ways to research, consolidate and validate travel information on off-beaten destinations, by working with our local partners, explorers, and sieving through online information, etc.
Assistant Trip Curators
Under the guidance of our professional Trip Curators, Trip curator's assistants help Travellers make the best decisions about travel arrangements based on their given preferences. Researching for the ideal destination, working within budgets to craft the perfect trip, and making sure the entire trip is carefully planned and booked for an exciting and smooth-sailing surprise trip.
