AntiCAD is a product design company founded in 2017 and is currently headquartered in Singapore. The name Anti CAD is an antithesis to traditional CAD (Computer Aided Design). Parametric design is a process based on algorithmic thinking that enables the expression of parameters and rules that define the relationship between design intent and response.

Objectives
Interns will be mentored by the Director to assist in product development. They will be exposed to an organised approach to product design, modification and manufacturing. The interns will conceptualise their design directions, ideate and produce designs incorporated into modules of flat-pack acoustic products and large scale interior installation.
- Design Ideation: Students will propose their approach to parametric design (e.g. shape tessellation, biomimicry)
- CAD: Using Rhino/Grasshopper (and other plugins), students will translate their ideas into CAD.
- Modulation: Students will translate their CAD into individual subcomponents for:
- organisation of design details and pieces
- production and installation of individual subcomponents
