Night Clinic Assistant (Part-time or Full-time) and / or Marketing Executive

Key Working Requirement (Very Important)
Must be able to work night shifts at Geylang (7:00pm–11:00pm) at least 3 nights per week
Additional night shifts are appreciated and come with additional pay
Candidate must be willing to support both Geylang and Tampines clinics
Working Hours (Flexible Combination)
Geylang
Morning: 9:00am–12:00pm
Afternoon: 2:00pm–5:00pm
Night: 7:00pm–11:00pm
Tampines
Daytime: 8:30am–3:00pm (or partial shifts)
Night: 7:00pm–9:00pm (OT appreciated)
Weekends
Saturday:
9:00am–12:00pm
1:00pm–6:00pm
7:00pm–11:00pm
Sunday:
1:00pm–6:00pm
7:00pm–11:00pm
Salary
Hourly rate: SGD $10–$16, depending on experience and value added
Core Responsibilities
Clinic Operations
Counter and reception duties
Customer service and patient flow management
Cash handling and basic cash flow monitoring
Ensure clinic operational protocols are followed
Stock counting and ordering
General administrative support
On-the-job training provided
Language & Communication
Must be Mandarin-speaking
Required to converse with China clients in Mandarin
Female assistant preferred
Marketing (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
Digital marketing and social media posting experience is a plus
Marketing support if trained or experienced in digital marketing / social media
Candidates without marketing experience may still apply if they can commit to night shifts
