Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Machine Learning Engineering Intern (Vision) to support the development of an image training dataset for our text-to-image model. The successful candidate will partner with our engineering and research teams, focusing on processing image datasets, removing noise, and forwarding our model development. Paid intern of 6 mil a month.
Responsibilities:
1. Source and process large volumes of image data from pertinent resources.
2. Enhance the dataset by eliminating noise and fine-tuning for optimal text-to-image generation results in production.
3. Conduct quality control to guarantee dataset accuracy and consistency.
4. Collaborate closely with engineering and research teams to offer feedback and refine the dataset and model.
5. Attend team meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing challenges.
Qualifications:
1. Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or related field.
2. Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts, including deep learning, neural networks, and natural language processing.
3. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
4. Detail-oriented mindset with outstanding organizational skills.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
1. Proficiency in Python and relevant machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
2. Familiarity with image-to-text tools such as Midjourney.
3. Prior experience with data preprocessing and augmentation techniques.
4. Knowledge of pertinent datasets for text-to-image generation (e.g., COCO, Flickr30k).
5. Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
