- Job Description
Trade Execution
1. Check & prepare suppliers/buyers contract/addendum to ensure price, specification, delivery and other terms conforms to trade agreement and against previous trade. Return signed contracts to suppliers. Scan and file soft & hard copies of all buy and sell contracts.
2. Issue PO to supplier
3. Check supplier bank details are in the registered list
4. inform suppliers of payments details MT103 and to get tracking details from suppliers AWB for original shipping documents couriered. Forward tracking details to buyers.
5. Inseminate new orders to buyers and ask for PO numbers and shipping instructions.
6. Prepare bulk vessel indo vessel status.
7. Other tasks and when new assignments arise.
