				Annabelle Psychology is seeking a creative and proactive intern to join our team as a Social Media & Digital Communications Intern. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and enhancing our digital presence across various platforms. This internship provides an opportunity to develop and apply skills in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies in a professional setting.
Job Description
				- Plan and manage a social media calendar, ensuring timely and strategic posting.
 - Create engaging and high-quality social media content, including static posts and video reels.
 - Analyse social media, website and eDM performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise engagement.
 - Brainstorm, design, and develop monthly newsletters for our subscribers.
 - Collaborate with the team to propose new ideas and creative approaches to improve our digital communication strategies.
 - Collaborate with clinical staff for successful execution of content and marketing assets.
 - Work with stakeholders for the timely submission of deliverables and team communications and updates.
 
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok).
 - Basic knowledge of content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut.
 - Ability to edit videos for short-form content (reels, TikToks).
 - Strong writing skills for crafting captions and newsletters.
 - Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and recommend improvements.
 - Creative thinking and the ability to propose innovative ideas.
 - Effective communication and teamwork skills.
 - Self-directed; takes ownership of tasks and their successful execution.
 - Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling responsibilities.
