Job Description

NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, TRAINING PROVIDED, STUDENTS WELCOME

What you'll do:

  • Greet and register patients. 
  • Respond to patient enquiries and appointment requests via phone and WhatsApp.
  • Assist the doctor during patient consultations and minor procedures.
  • Chaperone for patients (if required).
  • Prepare and dispense medicines after verification by the doctor.
  • Handle cashiering duties, and submit CHAS claims.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing for accurate clinic records.
  • Manage clinic inventory and medicines, including monitoring stock levels.
  • Support clinic operations including opening and closing.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the clinic facility.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the doctor to support clinic needs.

What we're looking for:

  • N' / O' / A' level, ITE graduates are welcome to apply.
  • We welcome aspiring medical / healthcare students who are keen to experience working in a clinic.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
  • A friendly demeanour with strong communication skills.
  • A willing to learn attitude.

Others:

  • Part-time and full-time available. Hours are negotiable.
