NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, TRAINING PROVIDED, STUDENTS WELCOME
What you'll do:
- Greet and register patients.
- Respond to patient enquiries and appointment requests via phone and WhatsApp.
- Assist the doctor during patient consultations and minor procedures.
- Chaperone for patients (if required).
- Prepare and dispense medicines after verification by the doctor.
- Handle cashiering duties, and submit CHAS claims.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for accurate clinic records.
- Manage clinic inventory and medicines, including monitoring stock levels.
- Support clinic operations including opening and closing.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the clinic facility.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the doctor to support clinic needs.
What we're looking for:
- N' / O' / A' level, ITE graduates are welcome to apply.
- We welcome aspiring medical / healthcare students who are keen to experience working in a clinic.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
- A friendly demeanour with strong communication skills.
- A willing to learn attitude.

- Part-time and full-time available. Hours are negotiable.
