Angeline Suparto Law Corporation – Legal Intern / Executive

Angeline Suparto Law Corporation is a boutique law firm in Singapore specialising in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions involving the Indonesian market, where we work closely with Tuah and Suparto, our associate office in Jakarta.

1) Assisting in cross-border corporate transactions (Singapore - Indonesia), Singapore law governed corporate transactions and commercial dispute resolution matters

- Preparing emails;

- Assisting in the preparation or review of legal documents under guidance, and based on precedents; and

- Conducting legal research under guidance.

2) Assisting in Singapore corporate secretarial work

- Conducting ACRA and other online searches;

- Assisting in the preparation or review of resolutions and minutes under guidance, and based on precedents; and

- Updating statutory registers.

3) Attending to other legal administrative duties.

Work hours are flexible:

- 9am to 6.30pm with a 1 hour break for lunch

- Work from home 2 days a week

OR

- 12pm to 9.30pm with a 1 hour break for dinner

- Work from home 4 days a week
