Angeline Suparto Law Corporation is a boutique Singapore law firm specialising in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions involving the Indonesian market.

Job Scope (guidance will be provided):

1. Assisting in cross-border corporate transactions (Singapore - Indonesia - Hong Kong), Singapore law governed corporate transactions and commercial dispute resolution matters:

• Preparing emails;
• Assisting in the preparation of simple legal documents based on precedents;
• Conducting simple legal research; and
• Attending client meetings to take minutes.

2. Assisting in Singapore corporate secretarial work:

• Conducting ACRA and other online searches; and
• Drafting simple resolutions and minutes based on precedents.

3. Attending to other legal administrative duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director of the firm.
