A new tech driven B2C marketplace focused on fashion is entering South-East Asia with a vision to take local fashion to international markets and provide fashion enthusiasts a differentiated offering. The company is in the process of its tech product development and onboarding fashion boutiques to launch the website in Singapore

The founding team has deep expertise in fashion and e-commerce and brings with itself over 20-years of experience having worked in e-commerce, consulting, fashion, supply chain and technology across India, South-East & North Asia and the US. The team has strategic relationships with some of the biggest brands in the region and intends to take the concept global.


Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

- Ideate and execute campaign strategy for andthestyle across all channels

- Source campaign creatives from sellers,  design and modify marketing assets in line with the website's     positioning

- Ensure campaign quality adherence ( SKU tagging, pricing consistency, stock availability)

- Ensure product feeds, URLs, creatives etc. are consistent with  campaigns on paid channels (Facebook, Instagram)


Brand Marketing and Demand Generation

- Create brand marketing plan in partnership with the Chief Brand Officer and channels (Facebook, Google)

- Seek and justify media spends for all brand marketing and demand generation activities


Performance Marketing

- Own the key metrics of CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend)

-  Continuously optimize on channel spends (Google vs Facebook vs Criteo) to deliver on the most optimal ROAS

- Engage with third-party agencies to boost performance


Requirements

- Thorough understanding of the digital marketing landscape in Singapore & Hong Kong

- 1-3 years of work experience preferably in a start-up in the digital marketing domain

- Exposure to Google Analytics, Search Console and FBM a must

- Preferred exposure to marketing tech and analytics software in the area of customer acquisition and retention

- Overall understanding of SEO/SEM
