Job Description

The Opportunity

We are looking for a bright and passionate intern to be part of our research team and will directly support our consultants on a variety of client mandates. He/she will be responsible for:

  1. Project Management – support consulting team on end-to-end execution of client mandates.
  2. Research – candidate pipeline development, clients’ organization & competition and industry trends.
  3. Report Production – creation of impactful high quality client documentation including proposals, progress reports, market intelligence and candidate presentations.
  4. Client/Candidate management – Interaction and communication with clients/candidates including, meeting scheduling, travel & logistics.

Ideal Experience

  • Ideally have an educational background or interest in human resources.
  • Have an eye for detail and processes with tenacious ability to follow up and manage a variety of discrete tasks simultaneously.
  • Organized – a self starter with ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Superb communication skills – both written and verbal as this role interacts with executives at the most senior level.
  • Technical Skills – Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and online search technologies.
