Liaise with vendors / subcon for schedule, invoices and payment
Working closely assisting design director
Fluent in English and ability to converse in Mandarin to handle queries and feedbacks from Chinese subcons and vendors
Take care of office supplies and filing
Calculate commission and salary for interior designer and project manager
Prepare payments and recording on Xero accounting software
Proficient in excel and MS word
Digitizing past year accounting and operational documents
Experience in the interior design industry is an advantage
Older workers welcome
Works well in a team. Responsible and caring
