Role Objective: To bridge the gap between marketing and sales by creating content that addresses customer needs, supporting lead generation campaigns, and analyzing data to improve the overall customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Success & Insights
  • Analyze customer feedback, FAQs, and reviews to identify common "pain points" and desires.
  • Create educational content (e.g., How-to guides, Case Studies, or FAQs) that helps the sales team close deals.
  • Monitor customer sentiment on social channels to provide the sales team with actionable insights.
• Sales Enablement & Campaign Support
  • Draft and optimize automated email sequences for lead nurturing.
  • Create digital sales assets, such as pitch decks, landing pages, and promotional flyers.
  • Support the execution of lead-gen campaigns on LinkedIn or Meta, ensuring high-quality leads are funneled to the sales team.
• Monthly Data Analysis
  • Track the Lead-to-Customer conversion rate from digital channels.
  • Prepare monthly reports on campaign ROI, identifying which platforms generate the highest quality sales inquiries.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and digital sales tactics to suggest strategy pivots.
