Building Admin assistant / Cleanliness at Marymount/ Upper Thomson Condominium

• Singaporeans only
• Minimum O level or N level education

Job scope:

• Assist Manager to monitor building common areas maintenance
• Maintain and inspect cleanliness and hygiene
• Manned the office and keep track of equipments
• Track employee reporting schedules and leave
• Take instruction from Building Manager to keep tabs on contractors/ tenants
• Assist residents on basic inquiries
• Report weekly on improvement factors for management

• Monthly $1400-$1500
