Company Profile

Amber & Green is a Singapore-based exhibition display company specialising in portable and reusable exhibition booths, backdrops and display systems for events, exhibitions and conferences.

We work with companies, event organisers and creative agencies to help bring their brands to life at events, providing everything from design and graphics through to installation, logistics, storage and ongoing management of their exhibition displays.

Established in Singapore, we have built long-term relationships with clients across a wide range of industries and now also operate from Hong Kong. Our approach is practical, creative and hands-on, with a strong focus on reusable exhibition systems that can be adapted and used across multiple events.

We’re a small, experienced team, which means interns get genuine exposure to the business rather than being tucked away in one department. Depending on the role, this can include working with clients, preparing projects, marketing, design, event operations and seeing how exhibition stands go from an initial idea to a finished installation at the venue.

Job Description

We are looking for a practical, hands-on intern to support our team with the preparation, delivery and installation of exhibition booths and display systems for our clients across Singapore.

This is a varied role combining work at our office with deliveries, client training and on-site work at exhibitions, conferences and events. You’ll get to see projects through from preparation in our office to the finished booth at the event venue.

What you’ll be doing

• Pre-building and checking exhibition stands and display systems at our office before they are sent to clients or event venues• Preparing equipment, graphics and accessories for upcoming jobs• Delivering exhibition stands and display systems to clients and venues• Setting up and dismantling exhibition booths at trade shows, conferences and events• Showing clients how to assemble and use our portable exhibition systems• Helping ensure equipment is returned, checked and correctly stored after events• Assisting with general warehouse, stock and equipment organisation• Supporting the team with day-to-day exhibition projects and logistics

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need previous exhibition industry experience — we’ll teach you how our systems work. More important is that you are practical, reliable and comfortable working with your hands.

You should:

• Hold a valid driving licence and be confident driving in Singapore• Be physically comfortable moving and handling exhibition equipment• Be practical and willing to learn how different exhibition systems are assembled• Be organised and able to follow instructions carefully• Be comfortable dealing directly with clients• Be responsible and able to work independently when required• Have a positive, can-do attitude and be happy working as part of a small team

Because exhibitions don't always happen during normal office hours, there may occasionally be evening or weekend work depending on the event schedule.

This is a good opportunity for someone who prefers a practical, active internship and wants genuine responsibility rather than spending their internship behind a desk.
