We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team in servicing our clients' social media platforms.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective social media campaigns aligned with our marketing goals
- Create high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, for our social media platforms
- Manage and monitor our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Engage with our followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to inform our marketing strategy
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
