Job Description

Join us! We are looking for someone who is able to:

  • Assist with driving growth in revenue; negotiating and closing transactions with buyers; and building an active sales pipeline
  • Source new sales channels through inbound and outbound leads and outbound
  • Have the opportunity to deal and connect with MNCs
  • Client Relationship & Database Management – input/ analyse/ discuss pipeline with Management
  • Coordinate with other internal departments on training delivery &/or sales support
  • Assist with aspects of customer engagement life cycle, including entity/sector research, meetings support, on-boarding assistance, prospects/customers general queries etc.
  • Work with the Management to achieve KPIs and overall team sales targets
  • Help develop buyer/seller marketing content & collateral
  • Preparation of other relevant reports (eg. client enquiries, event attendance, marketing statistics, sales) for monitoring & evaluation of sales performance
  • Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, problem-solving and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial culture

Requirements:

  • MBA/BA/BS students (preferably in Year 3/4) or fresh graduates, ALL disciplines welcomed
  • Fast-learner, detail-oriented, an independent thinker and problem solver
  • Highly motivated, proactive and eager to take on new challenges and grow with the Company
  • Team player and has good interpersonal skills
  • Has an adventurous spirit and a positive attitude towards learning
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
  • Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
  • Preferably able to work with us for 6 months (3 months full-time + 3 months part-time)
