Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to assist the Manager in handling the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work which includes but is not limited to:

° Maintenance of Corporate Secretarial System

° Maintenance of statutory registers, records and common seal

° Preparation of Directors’ and Shareholders’ Resolution and Statutory Returns

° Prepare accounts in XBRL & submission

° Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (including deadlines)

° Handle all statutory filing with ACRA, MOM, IRAS and other regional/local government bodies

° Monitoring and Issuing of invoices using QB online

° Maintain a good working relationship with clients and manage their expectation

° Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

° Degree | Diploma in Accounting / Law

° ICSA Graduate / currently pursuing

° Good understanding of Singapore Companies Act

° At least 3 years of relevant experience in a professional firm. Fresh graduates are welcome.

° Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills

° Positive work attitude and a team player

° Able to work independently
