Candidate must

• Be driven and laser focused in driving sales on company's e-commerce online shop through innovative marketing strategies
• Tasked in maintaining and ensuring that the company’s website, Facebook and IG platforms with high quality results and postings, attract audiences 100% of the time, are highly engaging and aesthetically brilliant at all times.
• Form the strongest connection with all customers with swift responses to all customers' messages on FB and IG always keeping customers' interest in mind.
• Create engaging, fun, customers' orientated online newsletter and promotional emails where 100% results will be achieved. Work with Business development managers to achieve goals/results jointly on customers conversion rates to sales or customers reaching back to us for enquiries then conversion to sales through marketing plans and proposals prepared.
• Constantly providing creative, innovative, witty and highly engaging ideas for content marketing and website management where the company can yield the best sales results from all marketing campaigns.
• Perform to the highest ability of digital marketing using web analytics tools
• Have strong ability to meet traffic and sales targets set out on Cloversoft's online platform.
• Prepare artwork for marketing and sales push for all areas of businesses in the company
• Meet timeline for artwork and promotional strategies execution assigned to you by Business Development Manager.
• Prepare communication kits and documents such as press releases.
• You must be willing to do all other Ad Hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Must be sales results driven and be able to meet increasing targets
• You must be able to take high stress levels to meet deadlines
• You must possess a very positive attitude and always be able to see problems and instantly think up solutions to solve all the problems with the highest efficiency.
• You must be very open-minded to changes that may take place to achieve the lowest costs and the most optimal results
• You must be able to work very hard, persistently long and be very smart.
• You must be very creative and have the ability to create and edit videos and set up web design that are pleasing to the eyes and welcoming to the online audiences and be able to increase traffic to our websites. Candidates must also be able maintain the website with perfection.
• You must have strong ability and strong executable knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator
• You must be a great team player and be prepared to be the best sales support to all business development managers in the company
