As an Intern, IT Desk Engineer you’ll gain hands-on experience providing high-quality technical support in a dynamic organizational environment. This internship offers opportunities to enhance technical skills, strengthen problem-solving abilities, and gain practical experience while ensuring seamless IT operations for end-users.

Core Responsibilities:

• User Support - Respond to service requests via multiple channels and provide first-level support for desktops, networks, infrastructure, and standard applications
• Incident Management - Log, track, and troubleshoot IT incidents in the service management system, resolving or escalating issues appropriately
• Account Administration - Assist with user account lifecycle management, remote access setup, and email/system access across organizational platforms
• Technical Troubleshooting - Diagnose hardware/software issues for computers and peripherals while supporting equipment installation and changes
• Customer Service - Deliver professional, customer-centric support while maintaining clear communication with users on issue status
• Documentation & Reporting - Document support activities in the IT service management system and generate reports for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• A full time matriculated student
• Able to commit a 5 weekday internship attachment with a minimum 3 months commitment , longer commitment beyond 3 months is welcomed
