Job Description

Job Purpose The Intern, Content Marketing, will assist the team in project coordination and management, and creative content development. Projects include, but are not limited to research, video production, social media content and development.

Based in Singapore, we work closely with our creative team in Bangkok, and wider A+P teams in Asia including in mainland China and Japan.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports internal integrated team members and external influencers in production of relevant content that meets the needs of the client and our projects.
  • Supports front-end and ongoing content development efforts (topic and influencer identification, calendaring)
  • Assists in maintaining project schedules and coordination
  • Manages creative assets from regional and ensures clear documentation in shared folders.
  • Manages social media assets (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc) on a -day-to-day basis – including curating content, working with designers and community management.
  • Assists in documenting cost estimates and paperwork for influencers, partners and third-party vendors.
  • Participates in client and new business brainstorms, including providing relevant research or analysis to help guide ideation

 Qualifications

  • Undergraduate in Mass Communications, Marketing, English, or other related fields
  • Team-oriented, with an innate ability to understand needs and objectives and manage to expectations and turnaround times
  • Ability to work on several accounts with differing team members across time zones; requires a highly organized and effective communicator
  • Exemplary follow-through and execution skills
  • Passion for in-depth learning on varied topics and industries
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn and use new tools and resources
  • Excellent and thorough critical thinking skills and capabilities

Working Conditions

May require regular evening and weekend work, travel, etc.
