We are currently looking for a Product Management Intern with an eagerness to learn and support our team in multi-functions across the board. He/she must possess a collaborative attitude to work well with people and have a keen eye for details.
As an intern, you will be working on, but not be limited to:
- Being an integral part of product launches – from assisting in product registration and certification, to helping to ensure the smooth running of the supply chain. Elaboration below.
- Communicating with external stakeholders to ensure timely product release in various retail stores.
- Managing and keeping track of assortment of products carried by each retailer.
- Acquiring and sending collaterals to different partners and regions as needed.
- Liaising with the labs and regulatory boards to ensure that products (and packaging) are certified for sale in various regions.
- Assist in the sourcing of various components when needed.
- Proposing new campaigns and targeting opportunities, where possible.
- Handling sales orders for both our e-commerce store and channel partners.
- Assist in handling customer enquiries regarding our brand and products.
- Assist in admin and operational work where necessary. Be open to doing things outside of the job description.
- Assist at various PR/ press events.
Requirements
- Singaporean/ PR of Singapore.
- Minimally a diploma/ ’A’ level/ IB graduate.
- Good command of English.
- Fast learner, especially if you do not have prior experience.
- Self-starter, independent, self-directed and meticulous. On the job guidance and training will be provided by the team, but you will need to be proactive and be able to take ownership of your own projects.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability multitask and be able to prioritize tasks as needed.
- Passionate about beauty and skincare.
- Innovative and creative – continuously assisting in looking for ways to drive improvement for the business in various ways.
- Be open to assisting in tasks outside of main job description.
