Allies of Skin – Operations & Marketing Intern

• Proposing and executing all operational activities and provide support to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
• Handling sales orders for both our e-commerce store and channel partners. 
• Designing operations policies and procedures, and ensure that they are being followed.
• Communicating with retailers to ensure that the inventory is being phased out properly.
• Responsible for inventory management, transfers and allocation.
• Being an integral part of product launches. 
• Managing expectations with channel partners, especially ship-by dates and ensuring that fill rates are met.
• Sending collaterals to different retailers before launch.
• Preparation of training material for new launches at Sephora.
• Providing administrative and operational support where necessary.

Requirements

• Self-starter, independent, self-directed and meticulous.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hands-on and passionate about beauty and skincare.
• Good understanding of fashion and well-groomed.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Singaporeans/ PRs are encouraged to apply.
• The ability to start immediately is highly advantageous.
