We are looking for someone with an eagerness to learn and support our team in multi-functions across the board. He/she must possess a collaborative attitude to work well with people and have a keen eye for details.
Being an integral part of product launches.
-Handling sales orders for both our e-commerce store and channel partners.
-Overseeing our company's online sales and presence.
-Proposing and executing all operational activities and provide support to ensure that objectives are achieved.
-Generating reports for various marketing and partnership campaigns.
-Managing expectations with channel partners, especially ship-by dates.
-Responsible for inventory management, transfers and allocation.
-Sending collaterals to different partners and regions where need arises.
-Providing administrative and operational support where necessary.
Requirements
-Diploma or JC Graduate
-Self-starter, independent, self-directed and meticulous.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Passionate about beauty and skincare.
-Good understanding of fashion and well-groomed.
-The ability to start immediately is highly advantageous.
