Job Description

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

Allianz SE Singapore Branch is looking for a qualified individual to work with the Asia People COE Team. Main role for the position is to assist mainly in People Attraction, Talent Management and Learning and Development core functions in both administrative and coordination duties


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Intern who will provide data, analytics, administrative and logistical support for the following: 

a. General logistics and admin support for Asia People COE team
b. Coordination of People Attraction, Talent Management and Learning and Development initiatives, including succession planning, recruitment and training and talent programs
c. Oversight of and driving online collaboration tools
d. Assist in the maintenance of records in the Success Factors/HR Feeder system with regards to Talent Management
e. Adhoc requests from OEs/ regional office / group/ others


KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

1. Strong capabilities in MS Office(Power Point and Excel)
2. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
3. Good with numbers, organizational skills and team player
4. Ability to work independently and willingness to go extra miles
5. Strong project management skills
6. Be fluent in written and spoken English
Duration: Minimum 6 months
Able to start in April 2018
