Our direct marketing teams receive intensive coaching to conduct personalized sales presentations to generate new customers using face-to-face marketing methods.
After Stage: Business Development Program:
- It is a 5 stage program, the initial first 2 stages are personal development
- The next 3 stages are an introduction into management, giving performing candidates the opportunity to coach and manage people
